Mt Hood Summit
A classic climb that gets you to the highest point in Oregon. Starting at the Timberline Lodge, this climb will follow one of the south side routes, which offer exciting climbing and amazing views. The south side offers skiing options for a variety of levels, and using skis for the approach to the climb is a great option for backcountry skiers. Taking skis all the way to the summit is a further challenge for those wanting to tackle a steeper ski mountaineering challenge.
